Description
Responsible for the overall medical care of the children or young adults residing in a residential setting. Must ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with agency policy, utilizing professional nursing standards.
Monday-Thursday part time
Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
1. Maintain current NYS RN license.
2. Maintain current CPR/First Aide Certification.
3. 1-2 years experience with MRDD population preferred.
Personal Qualifications:
1. Good interpersonal abilities. Able to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible.
2. Advocate of team concept, promoter of participatory management style and consumer input/satisfaction.
3. Good organizational skills.
4. Detail oriented.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
