Materials Supervisor

Materials Supervisor

Key Qualifications:

The requirements are an associate’s degree and a minimum of seven (7) years experience of which two (2) years must be in a supervisory role in an electronics or related manufacturing industry.  Must have applied experience with kanban and lean manufacturing systems.  Solid understanding of material handling best practices and principles are required.  Requires effective leadership skills necessary to influence desired outcomes.  Must have experience leading a group of 10 or more employees.  Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Must be detail oriented. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in an effective manner. Applied knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (4^thShift, SAP, etc.) are required.
