Description The Project Manager or Sr. Project provides support from preconstruction thru construction. Responsibilities include participating in preconstruction services, preparing estimates and schedules, conducting ongoing progress meetings, managing the construction team and engaging in cost management. Through ongoing communication with the field, ensures support of on-site field supervision. Manages all aspects of the project to ensure client satisfaction with the construction experience, quality of the project, timeliness of project completion and management of the project cost.

Requirements

Seeking candidates with a four (4) year construction engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training/ related experience and seven (7) or more years of successful commercial experience as a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager. Experience in commercial projects from $5- $25M in size. Ability to utilize Word, Excel and Timberline estimating/PM software required. Excellent client presentation and communication skills required. Demonstrated project cost management skills essential.
