Chosen candidate must be willing to spend 30 days at our corporate facility in training with both the HR Department and business unit. Chosen candidate must be willing to travel. Chosen candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years recruiting and general human resources experience.
JOB FUNCTION:
The primary objective of the HR Generalist is to assist the HR Business Partner role in developing, implementing, and administering HR procedures, policies and programs to support the business. The HR Generalist participates in the planning, execution and evaluation of HR process processes, including performance management, talent review, compensation and selection. They must ensure that processes are aligned with and support the business objectives.
