Description
Child & Family Support Services is looking to hire a Clinical Coordinator to support our community-based work in the Flagstaff area. The position will be responsible coordinating the support services delivered to young people and their families, and will involve supervision and oversight of employees that provide support services. Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.

Duties for this position will include:
· Establishing relationships and partnering with young people and families
· Performing clinical assessments
· Designing and implementing creative service plans
· Developing and facilitating Child and Family Teams
· Measuring progress and outcomes of services provided to young people and families
· Communicating effectively with families, Child and Family Team members (stakeholders, therapists, case managers, etc), agency management and support employees
· Providing direct support to young people and families
· Developing and providing oversight to employee schedules
· Providing supervision, coaching and support to Direct Support employees
· Overseeing employee requirements
· Promoting employee development, and evaluating employee performance
· Participating in recruiting, interviewing and hiring
· Supporting and adhering to company policies and procedures
· Modeling company values
· And other duties related to the provision, coordination and oversight of support services
The position will require a variety of skills such as active listening, communicating using different formats (face-to-face, email, telephone, etc), reading comprehension, verbal and written expression; critical thinking, time management, social perceptiveness, and problem solving. Desired work styles for this position include dependability, integrity, attention to detail, cooperation, concern for others, initiative, leadership, and adaptability. It also requires a familiarity with Child and Family Teams and ability to manage conflict with a high degree of professionalism.
Requirements
The position will require a flexible schedule, as determined by the needs of young adults, which will include evenings, nights, and, weekends.
Candidates are required to be at least 21 years of age and must submit a negative substance abuse test and be able to obtain fingerprint and criminal history background clearance. Reliable transportation is required, including proof of insurance and an acceptable driving record.
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
Candidates must have behavioral health experience. Ability to provide clinical supervision and previous supervision experience is preferred. High School Equivalency required, related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred. Also, must be able to perform clinical assessments.
