Description

A New England Building Stone/Aggregates Company located in Central Mass is seeking a Manager to oversee its stone splitting operations. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of building stone and/or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage Stone Splitting activities
Direct supervision of production employees
Manage, participate and adhere conformance to company’s safety and environmental policies

Requirements

Direct supervisory experience
Strong material management skills
Must be results driven and a self starter
Good solid management skills with strong interpersonal/people skills
Positive and proactive attitude with ability to address issues and implement solutions as required
Detail and process oriented with strong problem resolution abilities
