Description
We are looking for a production control coordinator for a Baltimore area aerospace mfg.
Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes within several business segments.
Interface with quality, fulfillment, sourcing, engineering and logistics.
Coordinate material input as well as output schedules to maximize productivity to support customer requirements.
Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on master schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, hardware/tooling availability and status to schedule.
Provide input to assist in the evaluation of increased production efficiency, and cycle time reduction.
Identify all critical shortages; monitor the implementation of corrective action plans, assist in control of inventory levels and resource utilization.
Monitor performance to plan and take pro-active action to solve problems and mitigate risk in meeting the plan.
Maintain ISO 9001 requirements
Requirements
This is a 6-12 month plus contract assignment at our customers facility in Baltimore MD.
New mfg engineer graduates maybe acceptable.
