Requirements

Requirements of Store Manager and Customer Service Representative:

  • High School diploma or GED required and minimum of one-year supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and responsibility for financial services, to include the ability to read and understand P& L statements.
  • Experience in revenue-generating capability.
  • Demonstrated supervisory proficiency in hiring, counseling, and coaching to include conducting performance management sessions.
  • Ability to meet EZMONEY's driving expectations and proof of valid driver's license and insurance.

Store Managers and CSRs both work a 40 hour work week and we are closed on Sundays, so if you are tired of working retail hours apply today!
