Description Assists Director of IT with management and administration of all IT systems-agency software, computer/LAN and telecom networks. Directly responsible for network, web services, and database administration. Provides technical support to all agency staff including training, implementation, troubleshooting and repair of all IT supported software, hardware, and systems.

Requirements AS/BS in computer science or information technology (or equivalent) preferred; three or more years practical hardware and software experience working in a PC based LAN environment MCSE/MCSA preferred; familiarity with PC's and all current Microsoft software and operating systems required. Certification and/or experience working with database administration; SQL DBA preferred.
