Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Executes administrative policies in conjunction with the Board of Directors
and bank regulatory authorities. Administration of corporate governance
affairs, to include planning and organization of Board of Director meetings and
related commitees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Strong experience with regulatory affairs.
o Legal training or paralegal experience preferred.
o Bachelors degree preferred.
o Disciplined organizational skills.
o Demonstrated oral and written skills.
o Highly proficient computer skills in all areas.
o Proven ability to effectively interface with, BOD, regulators and bank staff.
o Strong knowledge of the business and industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
o Administrative oversight of corporate activities and other key issues within the
bank.
o Develop and maintain relationship with directors/shareholders and act as
principal contact.
o Prepare drafts pertaining to regulatory issues.
o Responsible for organization of Board of Director meetings and related
committee meetings, including agenda, minutes and other documentation
required for BOD and committee meetings.
o Custodian of all corporate records.
