Description

The Holland Group, a division of Willstaff Worldwide, one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the nation, is searching for a Placement Coordinator for our Ada, Oklahoma division.

This position requires a service-oriented individual to interview applicants and determine the best candidate for open job orders. Human Resources experience is desired.
Responsibilities also include conducting in-depth orientations and handling employees' questions
Conduct background checks, drug testing and reference checks on potential new employees
Input Payroll and address questions regarding discrepancies
Accept job orders and imput them into computer
Act as a liasion with client companies
Contact future business prospects and offer services

Requirements

Must have flexibility and the desire to work in the fast paced, ever changing staffing field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Previous Payroll experience
Human Resource experience desired, placement for industrial accounts a plus
High School graduate or GED required, college degree a plus
Previous staffing experience preferred
Background check, credit check and drug test required
Must be a self starter and be able to work with little supervision
Current Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and on-call during off shift hours
