Requirements
Mortgage Underwriters
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2-4 years of true underwriting experience.
Current experience (experience as an underwriter within the past 6 months).
Relevant experience ('front line' underwriting, responsible for decisioning loans).
Would represent our company well (professional, customer service skills, reliable, good work history, strong ability to learn, good computer skills).
Mortgage Loan Processors
Required Skills:
2-3 Years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience
FHA/VA Experience preferred
Would represent our company well (professional, customer service skills, reliable, good work history, strong ability to learn, good computer skills).
Mortgage Closers
Required Skills:
2+ years of Mortgage closing experience
Would represent our company well (professional, customer service skills, reliable, good work history, strong ability to learn, good computer skills).
Loan Coordinators
Required Skills:
Excellent data entry skills
Some Mortgage Experience
