We are looking for an energetic, customer-service oriented support person to provide LAN, Server and Desktop support for our corporate IT environment and to our Desktop Support customers. We are searching for a candidate that is creative and innovative in their approach to support and management of our corporate IT environment. This position will reward the successful candidate with a variety of technical responsibilities, exposure to a wide array of server/storage/application/network technologies and a working environment filled with employees abundant in technical knowledge. The responsibilities of the role include:
• Install, configure, and support hardware, operating systems, printers and applications
• Install and Manage corporate servers – File, Print, Email and Applications
• Provide internal helpdesk support, solving and documenting issue
• Use Active Directory to set up user accounts and enforce company policies
• Maintain, track and order IT supplies
• Administer and support employee mobile devices for email and communications
• Develop standard practices\policies for our corporate LAN\WAN environment

• Flexibility and ability to shift focus and re-prioritize projects
• Willingness to answer calls after hours in case of emergency
Technical Requirements
• Solid expertise with Windows XP Professional and Server 2003
•Must be able to image and deploy laptops and workstations and manage image lifecycles
•Experience installing and managing Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL and Active Directory
•Ability to manage OS/Application patching, backup software and antivirus software for workstations, laptops and servers
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware and software
