New Business Introduction / Customer Service Leader - Estimator

Prince Manufacturing is a growing leader in contract manufacturing, specializing in painting and assembly processes. We are currently seeking the following for our Avilla/Garrett Indiana locations:

New Business Introduction/Customer Service Leader (Staff Level Reports to General Manager) This high level individual will possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide exceptional customer service and accurate quotes to current and potential customers while interacting daily with operations, materials, sales and quality personnel to ensure accurate quotes and timely product launches.   

Job requirements will be to provide timely quotations (which include estimation of coverage area, tooling and masking design, outside processing, assembly and packaging), coordinate and lead production launch activities, address customer concerns, assist all departments in the bill of materials, work instructions, and quality documentation used to produce product in an ISO9000 environment.
  

MS office skills (Excel, Word), lean manufacturing knowledge and ability to read CAD and blue prints are necessary to perform the responsibilities of this job.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills along with a Bachelor’s degree are required, technical field is preferred.  5 years experience in similar position along with prior experience with painting in a manufacturing environment is desired.
