Our client, a successful growing corporation has a full-time need for an Information Security Program Manager in Annapolis, MD to manage multiple projects leading towards improving in the information security posture of their organizaton. Responsibilities:
* Planning and execution of a portfolio of projects across the enterprise, leveraging both direct reporting and matrixed staff.
* Identify and resolve resource conflicts and provide program status updates to the organization in terms of cost, schedule and risk, as well as operational and compliance metrics.
* Serve as a change agent for continuous improvement through enhanced methodologies, visibility and communication
* Demonstrate leadership and people skills to lead, direct, influence, and motivate team personnel, and promote constructive relations among internal and external customers.
* Ability to assess organizational needs and adapt Program Management practices accordingly.
* Perform the formal review and signoff process on all critical project / program artifacts.
* Identify, investigate, evaluate and manage conflict and risk at project and business levels.
* Evaluate and assign accurate statuses on Programs for Senior Management.
* Ensure clarity of roles on all projects / programs under his / her supervision.

Requirements * MUST be a US Citizen.
* 8+ years of progressively more responsible project management experience.
* Experience with MS office tools such as MS Project.
* Experience managing, supporting, and protecting enterprise infrastructure.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
* Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience, or Masters Degree and 6+ years of experience.
