360 Healthcare currently has an opportunity for a
seasoned Travel Therapy Recruiter in our Tampa, Florida office. This position is central to increasing regional market revenues through the growth of our temporary staffing client base and engaging temporary and traveling therapists. Duties include sourcing potential candidates, determining needs and developing specific market strategies to increase market share. You will also coordinate and ensure a successful transition from the execution of a contract agreement to implementation of services.
Requirements
So what should a qualified candidate look like? You should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years healthcare staffing experience. We will consider equivalent experience in travel therapy recruitment in lieu of a degree. This position requires a self-starter, someone comfortable in a fast-paced team environment with great attention to detail. You must be an excellent communication on and off the phone and phone skills are essential. You have to have the ability to sell services, prospect for clients and close the business agreement. Computer skills are also important and you should have good skills with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook at a minimum. Experience with industry specific scheduling software would be very helpful.
