As a MDS Nurse in our nursing home environments, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties.
The primary purpose of the MDS Coordinator is to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of the state, policies and procedures, and the goals of the facility.
Oversee the gathering of information for assessments and care plans.
Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.

Requirements
In order to be qualified for our MDS Nurse positions, we ask our candidates to meet the following criteria:
*Currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Illinois.
*Nursing home experience is required.
*Excellent references and a desire to be the best.
