Primary responsibilities for our clients include: Providing high-level customer service in a call center environment. Receiving inbound and making outbound calls. Telemarketing and Inbound Sales positions include using sales techniques to increase sales. All positions require consistently providing professional, courteous customer service. Some telemarketing / sales positions offer lucrative commission packages.
