Description Warehouse Coordinator: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain inventory movement through warehouse in a computer database;
schedule pickups and deliveries for drivers, keeping a 2 hour service commitment; manage material locations, generate reports
monitor scrap materials and coordinate disposal.
Train new warehouse employees
Maintain Safety, housekeeping and maintenance standards
Administer policies and procedures

XLC Services is currently seeking a Lab Technician for our site located in Mason. This position is an excellent way to apply your basic chemistry skills to a real world setting. If you have high energy, flexibility, and the desire to learn the skills that will set you up for success in a lab atmosphere, then we are excited to review your qualifications!

Lab Technician: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties:

Perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
Assist formulators in preparing batches
Daily set-up of gram scales and log books
Set up equipment as directed
Monitor pallet usage
Storing and disposing of leftover product
Will be working with customers on a daily basis

Requirements

Qualifications: Skill Requirements -Warehouse Coordinator

Basic computer skills;
Warehouse/Inventory Management knowledge
Knowledge of chemical handling & DOT/HM 181 regulations
CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
GMP & Hazmat Training
Forklift Certification
Attendance and Punctuality is extremely important

Qualifications: Skill Requirements-Lab Technician

Basic understanding of chemistry (preferably tech school or associate's degree)

Prior experience working in an environment that follows GMP, OSHA, etc.

Should be self directed and motivated

Ability to prioritize daily tasks

Able to operate lift truck or electric pallet jack.

Previous experience working with raw chemicals.

Ability to work independently

Ability to work with a diverse group of people including all levels of staff.

Should be flexible to work overtime

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle materials for mixing batches.
