Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for coordinating Brand Marketing projects as the day-to-day liaison between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales team, NPD, Design Group and Supply Chain to coordinate on-time and accurate execution of linked activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assists in the management of Type 3 & 4 NPD projects, helping to complete PPs and track/manage projects in NPD system.
  • Assists in the management of Brand Marketing projects with the Design Group, helping to complete CSRs and Design Briefs and to proof artwork.
  • Coordinates with Brand Marketing and NPD to develop mock-ups, samples, sell sheets, face-offs, etc for new products not yet in production or published to the Sales team.
  • Maintains up-to-date information for price list, sell sheets, product specifications, product transition sheets and product images for Trade Marketing and Sales.
  • Works with the Design Group to maintain up-to-date website product/brand content.
  • Maintains competitive product samples and information.

Education and Experience Profile

An equivalent combination of:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising/Communication and experience through a marketing internship.
  • Relevant classroom experience in new product development, consumer communication and marketing strategy.
