Description

Our Baltimore, Maryland office is currently seeking a site/civil engineer experienced in site planning, design and layout in both the public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will be proficient in guiding a project from design through the site plan approval process. Candidate will be a hands on engineer as well as managing the teams. Civil Site - meaning - WWW/Hydraulics/Highway - anything in Civil - NO structures

Requirements

Requirements:

B.S. in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland
5-10 years of site design and approval experience
Knowledge of Maryland State Regulatory Agencies/Processes and Building Codes
Strong management, organizational and communication skills
Business Development skills
Computer - Auto CAD and LDD
Salary 80K and up would assit with relo within Maryland
