Maintenance Technician

• Ensure that machinery and equipment are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices
• Perform preventative maintenance, electrical, and mechanical repairs to equipment
• Perform general building maintenance such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, and plumbing

• Team Work: Ability to work well with others to achieve common goals
• Listening/Communicating: Ability to listen attentively to others, ask appropriate questions, and speak in a clear and understandable manner
• Following Procedures: Ability to maintain standards and follow procedures
• Trained or familiar with OSHA safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout, use of PPE, Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP) and ARC flash.

Responsibilities include PMs, projects & repairs to
equipment/building. Requires 2+ years hands-on experience
with:

-General building maintenance

-Electrical systems & repair

- Electronic systems & repair

- Mechanical & electrical circuitry

- HVAC

- Industrial lift repair and maintenance

In addition to PC proficiency; and ability to work any weekend shift that consists of 4 days (Thurs & Fri from 12noon-10pm, and Sat & Sun from 7am-5pm)
