Responsibilities of Position: Work directly with customers and manufacturing to meet or exceed customer's quality standards.

Requirements Background Requirements: Must have a 4yr. technical degree, APQP, PPAP, PFEMA, Gage R & R or TS16949, minimumof 3 yrs. automotive and weather extruded rubber sealing manufacturing experience.  Must be a "hands on" quality engineer.  Must have expereince dealing directly with customers to resolve quality issues.
