The main function of a marketing representative/greeter is to attract as many qualified guests as possible to tour our properties from an outside marketing location This is done in a manner that is friendly, helpful, honest, and sincere. It is the representative who provides the guests’ first impression of Westgate Resorts.

QUALIFICATIONS

That first perception will set the tone and attitude of guests when visiting the resort. It is imperative that guests view Westgate Resorts with a positive attitude and an open mind.

The goal of the marketing representative/greeter is to facilitate successful sales opportunities for the sales team at Westgate Resorts by providing qualified prospective clients. Successful marketing representative/greeter have managed balance being both an effective sales person and an exceptional concierge.
