Discover the kind of treasured career moments that can only be found at a place like Hallmark Rehabilitation.  Expand your knowledge and experience as a Director of Rehabilitation working with our elderly gems and dedicated team of therapists.  Joining our dynamic team as the Director of Rehabilitation, we will look to you to oversee the clinical and operational activities for the facility rehabilitation team.

This is an "In House" position due to our sister company owning these 5 well established facilities in the Eureka market.   We also have STAFF positions offering flexible scheduled for part time and PRN therapists.

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include: • Patient Care and Caseload management

• Compliance and Quality Control

• Customer Relations

• Business Development

• Staff management and development

• Meeting financial objectives

• Evaluating and treating a partial caseload of patients

• Attending facility meetings

• Developing and implementing new programs

Requirements:

• Graduate from either an ASHA, AOTA, or APTA accredited school of speech/language pathology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy

• Valid SLP, OT, or PT license. If SLP, must possess Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA

• Experience with Medicare Billing (PPS)

• Management experience is preferred
