Learning Site Director (14646)

The Learning Site Director is responsible for the overall direction and operation of a learning site within ITT/ESI to achieve optimum growth potential and profit by delivering quality education programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total Profit & Loss of assigned learning site.
• Develops the learning site's business plan and operating budget. Manages the budgeting/forecasting process, expense control, capital planning, and ensures profitability.
• Ensures that employees take timely and proper action relative to curriculum implementation, recruitment activities, financial aid management, academic affairs and facility improvements.
• Fosters collaboration between main campus and learning site.
• Serves as local Ethics and Compliance Officer responsible for distributing standards, ensuring appropriate ethics and compliance communication and training, responding to audits, assisting with the investigation and resolution of Alert Line calls and student complaints.
• Oversees the learning site's public relations program, including community involvement.
• Functions as the Student Disability Coordinator and the Title IX Coordinator.
• Oversees the training and development of current employees while maintaining proper staffing levels.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related area from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in education or related experience, at least 2 of those years in a supervisory role.
• Ability and knowledge of developing multi-year strategic marketing plans and programs.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in performing inductive and deductive reasoning to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions and then apply those rules to specific problems to produce answers.
• Excellent ability to analyze risks, strengths and weaknesses of options and exercise critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills.
• Proven track record of project completions on time and within budget or other constraints.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire new employees, as well as, assign work, train employees, and conduct job performance reviews for current employees.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays required.
