Mortgage Processor, Bloomington, Eden Prairie and Minneapolis, Long term, $13-$17/hour
Masterson has immediate openings for Mortgage Processors. These positions do require at least one year of stability in a mortgage processing position.
Individuals will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. Functions include: processing; closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups.
Any LPS or LIS experience is a definite plus and is a must for some of our positions.
Must be able to pass a background check!

Requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work diligently on the phone. Must also be able to commit to a set schedule.
