Requirements
Must have experience in supervising maintenance staff, turning over apartments to be lease ready, assigning and coordinating work loads. Knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and punch-out. Need valid MD drivers license and own tools. Live-on position with excellent starting salary and benefit package.
