Description My client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for the Wausau, Wisconsin area. This person at this location will schedule and supervise lab employees, create product specifications, manage HACCP, sanitation, pest control, records management, plant/product security and customer complaints program. USDA compliance/relations, supply purchasing and department safe work practices/ training.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
6 years or related experience or training preferably in the meat/food industry
Bilinigual Spanish a plus
