Description Marketing Manager Position Description:
Be the marketing product expert for combines and headers, including planning and executing product launch and support activities, sales training material development, key shows and events planning and participation.
Provide input to the development platform to guide key product development and improvement actions.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive attainment of combine retail, market share and margin objectives.
Manage field inventory levels and drive wholesale orders, including pricing and order writing program development and implementation for combines in North America.

Work with demand planners to manage field inventory and production planning for combines and headers in North America. Guide regional order writing objective setting to achieve wholesale, retail and inventory targets. Develop order writing programs each year to drive wholesale and retail activity in a timely fashion to meet plant lead time requirements.
Serve as the marketing & sales product expert for combines & headers in North America and provide feedback and input to the development platform and product management to prioritize product improvement and development actions.
Develop sales programming & promotional materials for combines & headers for effective communication of product value, features and benefits to the sales team & dealer network. Direct Commercial Training team and product specialists to guide development of sales training materials.
Develop programs to drive retail sales of both new and used combines and headers, and plan & track variable marketing spend with variable marketing spend analyst.

Requirements Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Business Administration or Agricultural related field required.
4+ years of direct selling and marketing experience with knowledge of competitive practice, equipment capabilities, marketing techniques, business management, materials creation and current farming practices.
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to direct work activities of two direct reports to ensure completion of projects and team goals. Previous management experience preferred
