Help Desk Specialist
in the Cincinnati,OH/Covington,KY area. Essential job qualifications include: Help desk experience, customer service experience, basic Microsoft and WAN (wide area network) experience.
Helpful Skills and Certifications would include: A+, MCSA, MCSE, basic programming and/or monitoring.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated with good follow up skills, solid organizational skills, detail oriented and excellent customer service skills. You must be comfortable with team-based work structure and demonstrate flexibility. You must be open to learning new things and have a working knowledge of basic business operations.
