Attorneys' Title Fund Service, LLC (The Fund) is seeking a dedicated, team-oriented professional to join our staff as a Member Support Representative (MSR). The successful candidate will perform duties to provide personalized services and customized training on software applications to The Fund’s members, educates members on The Fund’s best practices and best use of applications and assist in the development of training courses and materials, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience participating in every aspect of the real estate closing process and requires two years experience using Fund applications, such as ATIDS, DoubleTime and ProPel. An A.S. degree, Paralegal Certificate, or valid title agent’s license is highly preferred. The position also requires a high degree of local and overnight travel with a slight degree of extended travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to provide personalized training on Fund applications.
- Analyze client’s business processes and evaluate use of Fund applications to make recommendations and improve efficiencies.
- Assist client with installation of applications, system procedures and software issues as necessary.
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives on customer visits
- Report activity daily in Salesforce.com.
- Educate members on Fund’s best practices including but not limited to escrow reconciliation, remitting policies and 1099 reporting.
- Assists members with preparation of Fund final policies as necessary.
- Provide demonstrations of system applications to prospective customers and Fund employees as necessary.
- Assist in the development and revision of course materials for training and presentations.
- Maintains current skills on software changes and upgrades and maintain knowledge of all company products and services.

Requirements Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
License & Certification Requirements: Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and insurability under company’s insurance policy.
Education: A.S. degree, Paralegal Certificate, or valid title agent license from Florida Department of Financial Services highly preferred.  High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:  A minimum of five years experience evidencing high skill in, extensive knowledge of, and active participation in every aspect of the real estate process from contract to closing is required.  Two years experience using Fund applications is required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills

- Requires ability to instruct and assist students in one-on-one, small and large group sessions

- Requires ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients

- Requires proficiency in mathematics with analytical skills

- Requires good interpersonal skills including the ability to work independently, resolve conflicts, and handle complaints

- Requires excellent planning and organization skills

- Requires proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet design and maintenance, navigating in databases, and creating presentations

- Requires ability to install and/or set up software and peripherals

- Requires proficiency in Fund’s applications including DoubleTime, ATIDS, Propel

- Requires knowledge of mortgage lending and real estate closing transactions. 



Travel:
Position requires a high degree of local and overnight travel and a slight degree of extended travel.
