Description Customer Service Representatives Medical supply company located in Wixom needs customer service representatives as soon as possible. The right candidate will need 2 to 4 years experience in strong customer service positions. Medical background a must and DME experience necessary. Insurance verification background needed. Any insurance coding knowledge is a plus. Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred. You will need excellent phone skills and the ability to multi-task. Will need to resolve concerns from existing clients as well as accept new clients with medical needs over the phone. Computer experience must be advanced enough to work with several software programs exclusive to the medical supply business. Benefits include medical, dental, optical, life insurance, FSA, EAP and American Fidelity options. Holiday pay after 90 days and vacation and sick pay after one year of employment.
