Description Exciting Food Industry Position available immediately. We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager. Food Manufacturing exp REQUIRED. Our senior recruiting staff work extensively in food manufacturing and have openings all over the Central States and Western U.S.

Dough experience, Pizza, foodservice, school experience

Responsible for managing the product development process to deliver new products to support existing and future business objectives and achieve long-range solutions/opportunities and increased speed to market.

Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Food Science, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or product development experience.

Years of related experience: 7-10 years related experience developing new products. Master degree in Food Science or closely related field, or (foreign or ) equivalent degree, may count towards 2 years of the related experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of R& D product development flow from conception to product launch; working knowledge of a research and development organization; technical knowledge in various product platforms or categories including ingredients, processing techniques, and equipment; must be able to comprehend and interpret technical articles, research papers, or presentation; understand and direct department to react to the changes in the different business markets within the food industry.
