IT Recruiter

Kelly IT Resources, a global staffing leader specializing in the placement of Information Technology professionals, is looking for a new team member for the Indianapolis Territory.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years experience locating and hiring Information Technology professionals (preferably). Will consider individual with exceptional recruiting background in other disciplines, and exceptional background selling IT, but must have a solid understanding of IT disciplines and terms.

- Must be Internet savvy with the ability to recruit active and passive candidates utilizing the Internet, as well as other sources
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
- Possess exceptional networking and customer skills with experience in a service-oriented business
- Proficient working with multiple PC applications including MS Office and email
- Experience using sophisticated recruiting database tools 

-Bachelors degree preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting and hiring computer professionals for contract and permanent positions.  Responsible for building/managing candidate relationships, and managing the reporting aspects of the business.  May be asked to coordinate with other recruiters for national accounts headquartered in Indianapolis.
