The Network Project Manager (NPM) will provide oversight, coordination, integration, planning and technical expertise to the PMO with respect to the design, implementation and installation of networking equipment and infrastructure for the project. The NPM will work closely with the Contractor, CM/GC, Consultant staff and other independent Contractors engaged by Oregon Wireless Interoperability Network (OWIN). They will be responsible to the PMO for the achievement of project goals with respect to networking tasks to which the NPM is assigned. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and expertise in network technology design and implementation.

Required Skills for this Wireless Network Project Manager/Engineer position includes the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  
• 7 + years (10+ years preferred) Network Engineering experience on Radio projects in a Project Management or Technical Lead role.
  
• Detailed knowledge of MS Project, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Visio Engineering.
