Deposit Maint. & Support Section Manager

Description Summary:
Responsible for managing the use of systems, processes and employees dedicated to back office operations supporting all banking segment branches. Manages process flows of services related to customer, and account record input and maintenance into all deposit related systems. .

Responsibilities:

Leads the performance of a team responsible for a specific element of the business, Requirements include managing a budget, achieving business goals, performance management, staffing plan development, and development of long term business goals/vision.

Maintains high level of customer service throughout the business units.

Assures that business units are administering and adhering to IRS regulations regarding regulatory compliance related to Deposit Accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts.

Formulates and implements procedural changes to improve workflow, provide improved customer service, and reduce exposure.

Manages departments andn functions to ensure the data integrity of all deposit related systems and applications.

Assists in any installation for changes or new releases ton deposit related systems or applications in addition to ensuring proper training on new products and changes or new releases to current applications.

Works with Deposit Business analyst on projects related to Deposit Systems and Applications.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
5 years of banking experience
2 years of experience with CD/IRA Processing
2 years of experience with Tax and Certification Processing
