Executive Level Director for Home Care

Description Bayada Nurses, Home Health Specialists, is seeking an experienced home care Executive to expand and oversee our private care home care services program. In this multifunctional role, you will have the opportunity to apply your business, managerial and customer service knowledge while establishing a premiere service level program. As Director and Practice Leader, you will be responsible for high level strategic and organizational planning. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in private care home care program and business development, and possess strong operational and managerial skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for private care service programs, and leading an interdisciplinary operations team in implementing programs in offices throughout the company.

This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and is results driven. You must possess the ability to work independently, but also function as an integral member of a larger team. A Bachelor�s Degree is required; an MBA or Master�s Degree is preferred. The successful candidate must have 5 or more years business management experience in the area of private, hourly home care services.
