Responsibilities:
1. Sales/ Marketing- Strong experience of Epic Marketing techniques Ability to identify, cultivate, develop proposals and close business on small to large projects, working with our national divisions/practices.
2. Project Utilization – Responsible for maintaining utilization while achieving sales/marketing goals.
3. Client Management – Ability to communicate effectively at many levels within the client organization and ability to manage a client relationship and delivery of services at clients
Key Skill Sets:
1. Senior-level person, management presence
2. Project Management and strong Epic systems experience and Epic certification
3. Excellent communicator (both verbal and written, good presenter)
4. Broad and current healthcare industry knowledge
5. Strong, demonstrable marketing/sales experience or aptitude (must be comfortable with all types of marketing strategies, including cold calls)
6. Organized, must be able to multi-task
7. Knows the geography (e.g., member of industry associations, community involvement, numerous contacts, etc.)
8. Entrepreneurial
9. Ability to work in a team environment, ''team player''
