Corporate Paralegal

Description Classification: Full-time

Compensation: $58,000 to $63,000 per year

Our client, a well-respected, specialty pharmaceutical healthcare organization, is seeking a self-starting, resourceful corporate paralegal to join its expanding legal department. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized paralegal to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualified candidates must have 3 or more years of paralegal experience from a law firm or corporation and a strong working knowledge of licensing and regulatory affairs, corporate law and real estate. Experience working with rules and regulations pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. A four-year college degree is required to be considered for this role. Successful applicants will also have a strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior members of a corporate legal department.
