Job Description:

These are newly-created, full-time positions at Discover's West Valley / Lake Park, UT Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.Providing leadership and direction for a team of 15(+) account managers.
2. Effectively managing team performance to consistently achieve established sales & quality goals.
3. Developing and coaching new and existing employees.
4. Researching and analyzing customer issues.
5. Providing regular and scheduled feedback on job performance.
6. Organizing quality initiatives that support functional area strategic objectives.
7. Motivating and creating an environment which rewards achievement and innovation.

Skills Required:
To qualify, you must have:

1. Consumer banking / call center management experience.

2. Experience with bank deposit products (e.g. CDs, IRAs, money markets,etc.) required and/or equivalent Discover Team Leader experience.

3. General knowledge of banking regulations required and/or equivalent Discover Team Leader experience.

4. Proven success record achieving team performance/sales goals.

5. Flexibility to work schedule including rotating Saturdays and Sundays.

6. Experience utilizing quality concepts to improve work processes.

7. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Skills Desired:

On-line bank management with deposit products experience, highly preferred.
