This person will partner with brokers and our UHC Healthplan associates in the Las Vegas area on new and existing business opportunities, by presenting a unique bundled product approach.  Our product portfolio includes Life/AD&D, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Stop Loss insurance options for employer groups of 2 - 3,000 lives. 

 

Work independently as you manage your territory and build strong business relationships to grow new business.

Requirements
  • A track record of professional sales success within the stated Territory.
  • Ability to understand and articulate our various products and services.
  • Negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present, write and converse effectively with multiple audiences of varying levels of sophistication.
  • Successful sales achievement, ability to represent the organization professionally and drive desired sales growth in a profitable, repeatable manner.
  • Proficiency with PC for word processing, spreadsheet, and database functions.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of proprietary information
