RN for Clinical Manager Position in Kent County

Description RN NEEDED FOR CLINICAL MANAGER POSITION IN KENT COUNTY, DELAWARE

Bayada Nurses is searching for a dynamic registered nurse to join our team as a clinical manager. The clinical manager will supervise services provided by nurses and home health aides to adult and pediatric clients in their homes, while acting as an internal case manager. The responsibilities for this position include visiting clients primarily in southern New Castle County and Kent County, performing client assessments, developing care plans, supervising staff on a routine basis, and coordinating care with other health care professionals. The successful candidate is highly motivated and possesses the desire to grow with the office and the company.

Requirements include a current Delaware RN license; at least one year nursing experience; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; and the ability to manage time while working independently and efficiently. Experience caring for adult clients with tracheostomies and ventilators and pediatric clients is a must. Prior home care and management experience is preferred.
