Department:  ECD R-Primary CareSchedule:Full timeShift:Days/EveningsHours:Job Details:Due to continued growth and expansion we have a new Patient Support Representative opportunity available.  The Patient Support Representative is responsible for the function of efficiently and courteously greeting and interacting with patients regarding their medical care at the Clinic. The position ensures all patients are registered with current demographic and insurance data and that the electronic health record is complete. The PSR is responsible for using all tools at their disposal to ensure that the patient is provided accurate information at their visit and to provide exceptional customer service through a courteous, prompt response to patient questions and accurate message taking.  Applicant needs to be able to multi-task, have good computer skills and one year of office experience.   *cb
