Looking for a Six Sigma trained analyst with experience in enterprise-wide design initiatives and future state redesign. Develops business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates. Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business. May coach in Six Sigma process and tools. Provide business process modeling to a variety of lines of business. Develop and manage project requirements: develop high level project requirements and scope artifacts as well as detailed use cases and supplementary specifications for large high visibility projects.

Requirements Drive business awareness of quality/process methodology. 10+ years process design experience, strong understanding of financial controls and risk. Six Sigma trained PM and BA experience a must.
