A General Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant. All activities of the General Manager are expected to be consistent with and supportive of the restaurant's business plan. The General Manager ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities. The General Manager develops and executes the business plan for a million dollar restaurant.


Our General Manager training program will prepare you to lead a Hardee's team, manage restaurant operations and provide quality guest service. If you have 3 - 5 years of restaurant experience, customer service skills and the potential to become a District Manager, then it's time to join our team.
