Job Description:
The Sales and Service Representative fullly engages Cardholders, resolves questions and complaints. Responds to inquiries concerning credit card transactions, products, services, fees, billing errors, payments, or any other Cardholder related request. Utilizes branded sales, listening and negotiation techniques when responding to cardholder requests and actively working to identify opportunities to provide services, offer fee products and balance transfers as well as card related offers/benefits, resulting in added value to the Cardholder. Has authority to fully satisfy the cardholder in a respectful manner, using a sound and reasonable decision making process. Agents may be required to handle calls from multiple skill channels. Workload will include all processes assigned to and completed by the Customer Service and Engagement division. Work is performed under general supervision.

Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and sales skills.
2. Have a clear understanding of the protection product features and benefits.
3. Must provide excellent Customer service to both internal as well as external Customers.
4. Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.
5. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
6. Ensure compliance with Customer Service and Engagement policies and procedures.

Skills Desired:
1. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2. Strong communication and technical skills.
3. Strong sales ability.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Ability to meet and exceed productivity requirements.
6. Proficient PC skills.
7. Call center/phone experience a plus.

Various Full Time and Flex-Full Time shifts available.
