RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUMMARY

Responsible for the design, deployment, support, and ongoing direction of CCE�s Identity Management and security provisioning environment.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support CCE�s MIIS (ILM) environment � including:


  • Creation and management of management agents for external sources, including Microsoft Active Directory, Active Directory in Application Mode (ADAM), AS/400, Oracle, SAP, Lotus Notes, Exchange, MF, and SQL Server.
  • Configure management agents, including connector filters, join rules, data, and attribute flows.
  • Perform periodic upgrades as solution evolves


  • Assist in the support of CCE�s Provisioning solution - Including


  • Development of enhancements to CCE�s provisioning solution (currently SAP IdM)
  • Assist in the interfaces between the provisioning solution and other systems


  • Serve as subject matter expert and advisor on best practices and efficient solutions supporting the Identity and Access Management strategy
  • Primary resource on the design, development, and deployment of CCE�s provisioning and de-provisioning solutions
  • Assist in the day to day support activities of the Security Tools Support group and the overall Global Information Security group
  • On call rotation


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prioritizes work based on departmental priorities and system criticality
  • Coaches and mentors fellow team members


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Windows AD, ADAM, MIIS, SharePoint, and SQL
  • Proficient in programming languages (.Net, XML. JAVA, C#)
  • Proficient in SQL query language
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Experience with Identity Management and provisioning tool sets
  • Experience with SAP IdM tool
  • Experience designing and using role based access control
  • Strong foundation of technology, including network, OS, and support tools
  • Experience working SOX and Audit issues
  • Familiarity with Security concepts
  • Familiar with federated identity management concepts
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
  • Skilled in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them and presenting/selling them to senior management
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to present and explain technical information in business terms in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
  • Changes direction quickly when needed


QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Four year degree in a relevant field preferred or an equivalent amount of post-secondary education and experience.
  • 4+ years relevant Information Technology experience.
  • 3+ years experience in design, development, and support of MIIS/ILM solutions.
  • 2+ years experience working with security provisioning solutions.
  • Demonstrated competency the technologies listed for this position.
  • CISSP a plus
  • MCSE a plus
