Purpose:
Process Validation Engineer / Chemist

Partner Healthcare has been retained to recruit a Process Validation Engineer / Chemist with at least 5 years of industrial experience in a cGMP environment.

Validation Engineer Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning, execution and coordination of process validation activities for preparation of small molecule API's
Design and carry out validation programs to permit commercial manufacturing of API's
Build relationships within the scientific community to become a resource for process improvement and validation strategies and technologies

Compensation:
$70,000-85,000

Cincinnati, OH

Requirements Validation Engineer Requirements:

Direct experience with validation of chemical processes for commercial manufacturing including validation plan preparation, Process Development experimental planning, and hands on process validation experience
Validation of Solid-Phase synthesis processes and chromatographic purification processes
Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
Thorough understanding of cGMP
Design of Experiment is a plus
Experience in peptide and/or biologics manufacturing is a plus
Knowledgeable in the area of validation and chemical processes and chromatographic purifications; team leadership ability; cGMP, effective communication skills in a collaborative environment; record of problem solving ability resulting in innovative contributions; and organizational skills to effectively design and perform in-house validation programs
