Description
Susquehanna has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Loan Workout Officer. In this important role you will seek to enhance bank earnings by mitigating loan losses while maintaining a high level of professionalism, courtesy and fairness when dealing with borrowers in a distressed loan situation. Responsibilities include collecting assigned loan accounts, following collection strategy and recommending changes to strategy when needed, communicating with customers to understand business issues impairing the loan, evaluating liens positions and collaterals, communicating with legal counsel and liquidating collateral.
Requirements
Top candidates will possess the following:
- Undergraduate degree in Business or related to Business
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior experience in Commercial Lending or Commercial Collections Excellent customer relations skills
